4. Verify your identity and license. Follow the prompts to confirm your real estate license or verify your identity. This step keeps the platform trusted for agents, buyers, and their brokers.
5. Set up your first listing. Once your account is verified, you can add your first property and put Deedo's AI concierge on it — free for your first 30 days.

What happens after you sign up

After you submit your details, your account goes through a quick verification review. You'll receive an email as soon as your agent account is active. Until then, you can sign in, but some features stay locked until verification is complete.
